I’ve come to accept that I am an introvert and I spend a lot of my time gathering information on topics that I find of interest to me. Nutrition, wellness and biohacking are the major things I gravitate towards. This is a place where all those things will be compressed into liiiiittle organized entries as a resource to those who want to know how I live and incorporate my habits into their own lives.
People always come to me for advice and I’ve realized it would be more beneficial if people had access to these answers in one place so here it is, resurrected from my senior year of boarding school.
